3. Data Storage
   Google Drive set up, circulate details – Action – AMJ
4. Declaration of area for NP and application to PDNPA
   Formal application made to PNDPA, will go to committee in September.
5. SWOT and PESTLE Analysis
   Useful documents prepared by the Business and Tourism team, discussed in detail, updated and enclosed with the minutes. To be reviewed on a regular basis to ensure that we have captured the issues within the wider plans.

6. NP Topic Areas – Some workgroup areas reviewed and started to flesh out the content. At some point will need to establish which elements fall into the Neighbourhood Plan and others to be picked up in a “Area Village Plan”.
   
   6.1 Housing

• Meeting held with diocese about potential for two low-cost houses on the vicarage site.
• Setting up land development trusts looks relatively straight forward. Need to investigate the process and options in more detail. Action FH
• How often should the conservation area be reviewed?

6.2 Conversation & Environment 

• Definitions of green spaces and map for public consultation
• Development Boundaries – overlap with Housing
• Overlap with Farming on surrounding environment
• Where are the SSSI?
• What do we want to protect or preserve?
• Biodiversity Studies – evidence?
• Community Energy Schemes?
• Encourage installation of solar panels
• Advice on Energy efficiency
• How does flood risk impact on the plan

6.3 Farming

1) Support for farming & its outcomes

6.4 Business & Tourism 

• SWOT and PESTLE prepared and discussed
• List of businesses prepared.
• Survey to develop, but no thoughts on the process or the questions yet.
• Need to speak to the main businesses about engaging with the NP process
• Discuss process with David Hopkins and Lucy Wright (Business Park Owners)
• Research the balance of holiday homes to residential homes

6.5 Creating Community

1) Identify & protect community assets that sustain the current & future community

2) Support for groups & communities that generate social value for the community

3) Identify any gaps in provisions for fostering community e.g. activities for teenagers

6.6  Transport

1) Public transport that meets the needs of the community

2) Improving our infrastructure to improve mobility, accessibility and safety

7. Communication and Engagement Strategy

   Need to create a communication and engagement strategy where the workgroup issues can be debated at village level and hopefully interested persons co-opted into working groups. Action – AD / AMJ

   Suggested to hold a village meeting in September.

8. Grant Application
   Community Grant of £750 from PDNPA might be available to the NP. Application to make, Action AD
9. AOB

   Discussion on the operation of the previous quarry assets in relation to their inclusion in a NP, it was considered that this may be batter approached by setting up a Village Information meeting and involve PDNPA at an appropriate time. Noted here and action to be taken by the Parish Council members.
