- NP Workstream Areas – At some point will need to establish which elements fall into the Neighbourhood Plan and others to be picked up in a “Area Village Plan”.

Session set up with Marches Energy Agency for the Book Swap Café (BSC) 26th November with an option for thermal camera surveys for residents to be undertaken as part of the offering

Local engagement with farmers, initially informally to develop next steps planning meeting for December.

Three strands to the workstream covering busses, parking and footpaths. Active travel focus.
East Midlands mayoral consultation and survey online. - Creating Community – Members – Simon, Alexa & Deborah
Engagement process to develop to build up events and gaps in engagement. Thoughts about using the school area / end of school day times to better communicate.

Productive discussion around the workstream questions and left with an objective for the workstreams to review the three questions for their areas then feed in so they can be pulled together in a “survey monkey” type programme.Need to make sure that the issues needed for the Neighbourhood Plan element of the Workstreams are included in the survey and that the questions remain at a general level. Still trying to solicit opinion rather than create solutions.
