As of today, 79 responses against approximately 670 residents / 350 households
Agreed to delay the closing date until 15th February to allow more responses
Agreed to ask for a front-page article in UTE – Action AD to request. SKC to produce the article

Agreed to hold this on Wednesday 25th February, arrange an interim meeting on Monday 16th February to discuss the results of the Village Survey, SKC to have the results for discussion. Village Hall to book (AD)

Agreed that “Maker Space” would be a better title, but recognise that there is potential grant funding for a Men’s Shed.
Circa 20 expressions of interest – some specifically for a Men’s Shed, a few are general support.Small Group willing to progress next steps, Frank Hammond / William Cole / Sam Lewis / Alexa Masterson Jones / Sean Kelleher-Clarke
Legal entity to sort out, Grants to investigate, Terms of reference to draw up - Workgroup Reports – At some point will need to establish which elements fall into the Neighbourhood Plan and others to be picked up in a “Area Village Plan”.

Next meeting to arrange with farmers, general discussion around the options for restricting overnight parking on Moor Lane (which appear limited).

East Midland Mayor’s Survey is progressing regarding buses.
Waiting for the Village Survey results on parking and footpaths which are expected to throw up some issues that will need consideration.
