MINUTES OF THE EXTRAORDINARY MEETING
HELD ON TUESDAY 4TH JULY 2023
IN GREAT LONGSTONE VILLAGE HALL
Present: Cllr Wendy Long (Chair), Cllr Phil Barrett, Cllr Jane Rigby and Sarah Stokes (Parish Clerk).
The Chair opened the meeting at 6.31pm.
50/23 Apologies for absence. Apologies were received from Cllr Caroline Briggs, Cllr Simon Headington and Cllr James Cox.
51/23 To approve the grant application to Derbyshire Dales Council for Voluntary Services, for the allotment water supply project.
Cllr Barret proposed the application for the Better Derbyshire Dales Fund 2023/2024, seconded by Cllr Long.
The Chair closed the meeting at 6.45pm.
