Council Meeting – 20th March 1902
Seventy eighth Meeting of the Parish Council
held on March 20th 1902
in the School Room Great Longstone.

Messrs Coe, Dixon, Orr & Spanton, & J. Shimwell (Clerk)
The Minutes of the last Meeting were read and confirmed.
Captain Henry Wright’s Charity
Proposed by Mr Dixon and seconded by Mr Orr that Mr Andrew be re-elected a Trustee of the above Charity for 2 years.
Proposed by Mr Dixon and seconded by Mr Coe that Mr Spanton be re-elected a Trustee of the above Charity for 2 years.
Wm Wright’s Charity
Proposed by Mr Spanton and seconded by Mr Dixon that Mr Orr be re-elected a Trustee of the above Charity for 2 years.
Proposed by Mr Coe, and seconded by Mr Spanton that Mr Dixon be elected a Trustee of the above Charity until March 1904.
Annual Meeting
It was decided to hold the Annual Meeting of the Parish Council on Thursday April 10th.
Holme Meal Charity
A cheque for £7..5..0 had been drawn in favour of Mrs Green for supplying meal for the above charity.
A cheque for £1..4..1½ was signed in favour of J. Shimwell for the following expenses:
