The minutes of the last meeting were read and confirmed

Wrights Charity

It having transpired that the period for which Trustees of the Wrights Charity were appointed had elapsed, it was proposed by Mr Thornhill and seconded by Mr Ward that Mr Dixon and Mr Spanton be re-elected Trustees of the Wrights Charity for 4 years

Bridle Road

A letter having been received from Mr Armitage drawing the Parish Councils attention to the gates on the Bridle Road between Buskey Cottage and Rowdale Bar, which are stated as being very much out of order.

The Clerk was instructed to write to Mr Mackintosh Steward of the Hassop Estate requesting that he will have the gates properly hung and fastened

Charities

The Clerk stated that at the Parish Meeting held on the 4th inst it was resolved that the amounts be affixed to each recipient on the list of Charities presented by the Vicar

It was ascertained that the Parish Council have the power of deciding in what form the lists shall be published

It was therefore resolved that the lists be published as presented at the Parish Meeting

Footpath

It was decided that the Fernyhough footpath be re-gravelled and that Mr A. Wager be employed to carry out the work

Holme Meal Charity

A cheque for £8.6.10 was signed in payment of Mrs Greens a/c for supplying Dole Meal
