Ninety first Meeting of the Parish Council
held in the School-room Great Longstone
on the 29th September 1904.

The Minutes of the last Meeting were read & confirmed.

Footpaths

Mr Dixon proposed and Mr Spanton seconded that the Clerk write to the Rural District Council Surveyor respecting the gravelling of footpaths in the village.

Assistant Overseer

On the recommendation of the Overseers Mr Dixon proposed and Mr Spanton seconded that the sum of £5 be voted to the Assistant Overseer for collecting the Special Sanitary Rate made on the 10th day of June 1904.

Public Ashpit

It was proposed that the Clerk write to Mr Hawes, asking what steps should be taken by the Parish Council to provide the parish with a public ashpit.

Balance Sheet

A Balance Sheet of the Overseers’ Receipts and Payments for the Half-year ended 31st March 1904 was presented for inspection.
