The Minutes of the last Meeting were read and confirmed.
Transfer of Holme
Mr Hawes attended and gave a clear explanation of the claims to be made to the County Council, by the Parish Council and Overseers of Great Longstone, as compensation for loss of a portion of Holme proposed to be transferred to the Bakewell Urban District Council. The claims being approved of, they were signed by the Chairman of the Parish Council, and Overseers of the Poor, and the Clerk was instructed to forward them to the County Council.
Repair of Roads
Mr Dixon proposed and Mr Andrews seconded that the Clerk write to Mr Hawley asking him to inspect the roads which adjoin the Rural District Council road at the bottom of the Church Lane and lead to cottages belonging chiefly to Mr J. W. Thornhill and Mr A. W. J. Eyre, and to inform us by whom they are repairable.
