The minutes of the last meeting were read & confirmed

Chairman

It was proposed by Mr Orr and seconded by Mr Bridge that Mr Eyre be elected Chairman of the Parish Council for the ensuing year, carried unanimously

Mr Bridge was elected Vice-Chairman

Appointment of Overseers

Mr Orr proposed and Mr Eyre seconded that Messrs J. Bridge, J. Wager and A. J. Skidmore be appointed Overseers of the Poor for the ensuing year.

Charities

Mr Andrew sent a list stating the quantity of bread, beef, or money, received by each person, and gave the names of the recipients of clothes in connection with the various charities administered by him.

The Clerk was instructed to thank him for the above information, and to request him to state the separate amounts expended in clothes &c and repairs to property on the Capt. Henry Wright Charity.

Capt. H. Wrights Charity

It was proposed by Mr Eyre and seconded by Mr Orr that the Clerk be instructed to write to the Charity Commissioners asking if they will kindly furnish the Parish Council with a copy of the Scheme submitted to the Parish Council in Jany. 1904 respecting Capt. Henry Wrights Charity, and if they would also state who are the present Trustees.
