Annual Parish Meeting 30th April 2025

Please join Parish Councillors for the Annual Parish Meeting, which will be held in the Village Hall at 7.00pm on Wednesday 30th April 2025

The meeting is a combination of a report, presentations and an opportunity for anyone from Great Longstone to raise any issues that they wish to discuss.

The programme for the evening is as follows:

1. Apologies for absence.
2. Approve the minutes of the Annual Parish Meeting Wednesday of 15 May 2024.
3. Chair’s report.
4. Presentations from Community Organisations. We are hoping that this will include:
   1. Bakewell & Eyam Transport
   2. Thornhill House
   3. LASRA – Longstone Area Sports and Recreation Association
   4. LEAP – Longstone Events and Activities Programme
   5. Longstone School
   6. Parochial Church Council
5. An update on progress with the Village Plan
6. An opportunity for anyone of the Great Longstone electoral roll to raise any matters.
